New way to dissipate storms?..Gel...Icebergs...Nukes...NOW..

Ok.... the recent thread on Nuke bombs was hillarously ridiculous.
Exterminate the storm....and mankind with it....haha......

Got me to thinkin.......

If we drop several plane loads of anti-depressants into a tropical depression......it may just straighten out and we'll end up with happy
floating clouds instead of an angry storm....

And there are ways of doing it without that so that we don't end up in a tropical Hades."
