Maybe there is something wrong with my settings, but I don't see an avatar displayed for anyone. I never have. :) If there is a way to turn that on, I'd love to try it.

Your template was set to subRebel. That will block them. I changed it in your profile for you and you should be able to see them now. If you want to go back, just go to Profile and change your Board Style back to subRebel.

eye like feature ... relatively strong wind reports from a ship in the area, etc. Could be a TS already. As for direction, even the NWS says model spread is pretty wild. Could go off to the NE, could go to the WNW. Could stall and eventually come back W. too early to know.

One surrounded by banded convection -- it's an eye, however sloppy-looking it still is.

(And the fact that TWC just said it isn't one clinches it.)

Yep, I have been wrong before, but the next frames are in and it's there...ragged..but there. I don't recall ever seeing an eye form that quickly before. The convection is re-firing as well on the SE quadrant.

In my humble opinion maybe a disorganized TD with some Tropical storm force gust ( or just a big eddy) just SW of feature clouds are in the flow of the system to it's South
