actually, I can't be considered a buckeye, cause I'm just misplaced from Missouri. I've lived in Ohio for awhile now, but I still cant say it feels like home.

As for TWC, you're right, it's in very bad shape. It's basically anything goes over there, in fact I was there this morning and saw that someone had posted full frontal nude pictures. It's ridiculous what people are getting away with.

I just went there and like you Chris, I was appalled at the content over there - it's a shock! If someone had pulled up those message boards for me and said here, just read them, I would never have thought they were TWC! I honestly had to look twice, which sounds crazy. I was pretty upset at what they're allowing now, I wrote to them! It probably won't do anything, but it never hurts to try.

Just know that topics like that would ~never~ fly here at S2K!

glad to hear it. i was at work when i stumbled across the nude pics, which potentially could have gotten me in a lot of trouble. but you just dont expect to see that kind of stuff in a weather forum, especially one with TWC's name attached to it. Someone needs to either get in there and administrate or (and I hate to say this) just shut the boards down.

I thought the same thing - they need to be shut down. If they do that, I just hope they don't return to their former rigid ways. I didn't even click on the links, after your post, I didn't want to chance my kids walking in here seeing me look at stuff like that. I know if I had said these are TWC boards, it wouldn't fly.....they'd never believe it. I guess that is what's so shocking - TWC has a good reputation and for them to allow such garbage to be posted on their boards, is unbelievable! I emailed a friend from our chat days there (TLC/Tracy) to see if she has any TWC contacts left. If so, I suggested she alert them. Yikes!

Now you can see why we love it here so much. We all know a good thing when we see it - S2K!
