Franklin and TD 7
It is hard to tell what is going on with Franklin. I think it is weaker and not moving ne or ene at this time. The NHC has done a wonderful job this year, but they have their hands full with Franklin. Also, TD 7 is a mess. It will have to organize quickly to form into Gert before reaching Mexico.
