Take a look at what's over Africa now! Maybe we can get to the "L" storm before the end of July! ;-)

That's just insane. This could be a record smashing season- I am going to be on the road a lot in the next 80 days or so...nice satellite pic! Clearly, trouble is on the way. Now, where have I heard that line before?

I'm liking "Lee" at about 13N/32E. I said on CFHC that it looks like one of those storms that will be a tropical storm long before it hits water. :)

....there's always that 12.7% that don't! And lately, we've had a lot of the 12.7 percent so far this year.

This season shows no sign of slowing down or going down from first place so far...looks like things may get ugly and we definately have to watch those waves and clusters of thunderstorms for possible development once they get into the Atlantic and favorable places to possibly develop.

Sometimes y'all are a bit TOO farfetched for even me...

And now that I think about it, we made it to Invest91L thusfar, which became Gert... So that's 12 potential storms. We've had 7.

So yes, we're beating that 12.7% this year. We're actually at 58.3%.

y'all that are making fun of wxman57 need to show some respect. He is a well respected pro met. He is only making an observation. I am finding quite disturbing some of the posts that people make, and quite frankly I think the age limit needs to be brought up to at least 17.

Busy Busy Busy... Maybe you can have next weekend off wxman57.. If not..then maybe in October.. The ITCZ is rockin and were only a few weeks away from Prime Time..

The ITCZ continues to be north of the mean like 1995 although not as far north..yet.. and how long will it stay up there could be a key to REALLY REALLY Big numbers the year..
