That is a really dirty kitchen. Cute pic but I wouldn't put a baby in with those dishes or eat on the dishes after bathing a baby in the dish water. There is no good senario here at all.

That has to be a photoshopped image. There's no way the dishes would sit in a pile and not fall to the left without a barrier between them and the tiny tot.

I had a picture almost exactly like this on my fridge for the longest time.. but the dishes were clean not nasty looking LOL I thought it was hilarious...this one is kinda gross

or maybe the dishes are sitting in a dish strainer tucked to one side of the sink. And notice that there does appear to be a tea cup floating near the baby's right side?

However, it could very well be photoshopped also.
