I know I'm addicted because my homepage at work and home is set to Storm2k and I have all my favorite weather sites tabbed in Mozilla Firefox so i can easily switch between screens and they are already loaded.

You know the names, dates, and stats of every historic Atlantic Hurricane, but you often forget the names of distant relatives

Try knowing facts about the names of distant relatives that were hurricanes.
"Andrew, you remember your Great Aunt Greta?"
"Oh yea, the hurricane back in 1955 that became a Cat. 4 northeast of Puerto Rico in November."

How about remembering events with hurricanes?
You make your own imaginary hurricane seasons.
You get in arguments with people who know less about hurricanes than you do.
