Hey Derek, I am always interested in hearing everyone's opinion on a system, including their personal forecasts.
I understand you stopped making forecasts on Tropical Depression Nine...however it clearly appears since earlier daytime visible images showed a well-defined but naked low level center, that we still have a Tropical Depression. I was wondering if/when you plan on starting forecasts on Tropical Depression Nine again. Thanks.
