Just go to the announcement at the top of the page (http://www.storm2k.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=62317) and copy what is in the box under "Quote" and put that with your unofficial forecast/map

You take your mouse and click at the biginning of the statment and hold down the left mouse button and drag it down. You will notice it highlights the words. Now highlight everything that you want to copy. Then right click on one of the highlighted words and select copy. Then you go to where you want the statment and you right click again. This time select paste vuala you have copied and pasted a statement

here ar some steps

Step one: Take your mouse cursor and hold the left mouse button down

Step two: Drag the mouse cursor down you should notic that it highlights the statement

Step three: once everything that you want copied is highlighted right click and select COPY

Step four: if you click again everything that is highlighted will not be highlighted any more that is ok

Step five: go to where you want the copied state ment and right click. this time select paste

Step six: if you have done steps 1-5 correctly everything that you want copyied should be copied in the area that you want
