Wow I can't believe what I'm seeing. It is exposed in it has wraped its self into a small but well defined LLC. Interesting. That means once the shear doe's decrease we could be in business.

The center appears to be around 13.8 north/46.5 west moving slowly westward. It has become much better defined. With a few developing curve bands.

Irene had a very well defined LLC at this stage in the game and that's what kept it alive.
