97L isnt on the QS storm page http://manati.orbit.nesdis.noaa.gov/cgi ... t_storm.pl either ... okay I need a little more assurance there really is a 97L besides a thread being made about it

Yeah, well neither is the CPAC invest. But they don't care about 15kt invests in the middle of nowhere

Could be a possibility. So when do you think that runs for this thing should start popping up because its looking pretty healthy right now.

It does have a metwatch status in ATCF in the index file as of 8/22/00Z...
INVEST, AL, L, , , , , 97, 2005, DB, O, 2005082100, 9999999999, , , , , , METWATCH, , AL972005
Not sure if that paticular directory is populated by the Navy or not...but there is reference to 97L in ATCF...
