BEARWATCH--Bahamas system

The word is out for the Bahamas, Cuba and South Florida that the system (not yet a TD) in the Bahamas "bears watching"

Why does this thread exist? I would immediately lock or delete it. Why make a new thread telling people to post in another thread?
