If there is prime rib on the menu, I'll take that over a steak any day...but if not, I'll order filet, medium rare, with bernaise sauce, a big fluffy baked potato, broccoli and cheese sauce....OK..I think I'm getting carried away here! lol

I like filet best, but for the money, sirloin is hard to beat.

I used to prefer Steak Diane prepared tableside...barely warmed, until I took leftovers home one night, and realized the steak I had eaten was still very purple...I order Med. Rare now!

Agree Furluv that the Porterhouse is at the top, but there are other cuts that have their own good qualities. Even a good cut of London Broil, marinated and grilled to perfection when tender, can be hard to beat flavorwise. But I shouldn't think about this. I'm trying to cut out a lot of meat from my diet :(

Steve, London Broil IS very delicious AND economical...we prepare that at least once a week if not more in the summertime, well most times...lol...sliced very thin...yummy. The leftovers also make very yummy fajita meat as well!

Well shot Chad, you need to get yourself one of them thar fishin' programs, ya know the ones, where bubba stands up in his bass boat and yells, "Hooodooogies, this is a HAWG y'all!" All you need is a video camera and a boat, take it out, shot a few scenes, call it, "Bubba Chad goes fishin'!" send it in to ESPN, your set!
