:o I cant beleive you eat Marmite! That is such a South African thing! I get big jars sent across to me. So I can have LOADS on whole wheat bread

Amanzi!! lol!! Yeah, I love the stuff!!! I didn't know it was known in South Africa!! Yeah I also love Bovril, I used to drink it after I went swimming back in th UK!

Marmite is basically a yeast spread. You either love it or hate it! It's completely black and looks like Tar!! They used to give it to people in the war who were going days without food. It's almost like a guiness, but without the alcohol! But it's solid! lol Sounds hideous eh?!?!
Anyway, being from England, I had it all the time and they have it at Kroger here in town!!!
