Looking at the latest satellite imagery 94l is becoming better organized. The broad center appears to be consolidating a bit more and his highly visible on the vis this afternoon. The Llc based on surface and Hi-res imagery appears to be about 75 miles E of Miami and 60 miles S of Freeport in the bahamas. I expect deep convection to fire over or near the center this evening. This should also bring in locally very heavy rainfall in bands from Jupiter south to Miami. GFS 18z brings the system very near the se florida coast in 48 hours. Either way it's not going to move much and the potential for flooding rains along the Florida east coast may become a problem. At this point if we do see development I think a 35-55 mph storm is possible anywhere from Miami northward...
