Try this: http://www.cira.colostate.edu/ramm/rmsd ... PICAL.html
and click on the floater over the Caribbean Sea. You may find something very interesting trying to develop. Do I hear Wilma in the horizon?!?!?!

Well, looks like we have some action here the next week. Latest CMC 00Z blows up a hurricane south of Cuba and rides it NE off the SE coast of FL. Now the GFS has joined the NOGAPS and UKMET in developing a closed circulation in the western Carribean. Unlike the CMC, these models slowly meander the system W-NW off the Yucatan over the next 4-6 days. NHC indicates in the latest TWO that conditions are becoming more favorable for development over this area and climatology speaks for itself. Already a low pressure system turning CC near JAM. Definitely BEARS WATCHING.

SATELLITE IMAGES AND SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATE THAT A BROAD AREA
OF LOW PRESSURE IS CENTERED IN THE VICINITY OF JAMAICA. THE SHOWER
ACTIVITY APPEARS TO BE A LITTLE BIT MORE CONCENTRATED THIS MORNING
AND UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BECOME MORE CONDUCIVE FOR
TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION. THIS SYSTEM IS FORECAST TO MOVE SLOWLY
WESTWARD AND WILL BE CLOSELY MONITORED FOR SIGNS OF ADDITIONAL
DEVELOPMENT.

Remember that every cyclone starts weak and then become monsters, so don't wish anything like a cyclone.

Windtalker1 I have a feeling that this thread will be the most viewed and replied one in comming days so if you dont mind
I am editing many times part of the title to put the latest. If an invest goes up this thread will continue open saying invest #...,Comments,Sat Pics,Models thread if it has less than 5 pages. But if it has more than 5 then a new thread will be created for the new invest when they issued it at NRL.

I know

to sit over me for a day or two. I was just joke-wishcasting like my man "Troller Sponger".

I would never want a strong cyclone. I've just been goofy since yesterday when I got criticized at "work" for being too hyper...

I would prefer a drought to a tropical cyclone anyday...
Sincerely,
troller Tampa Bay
