There's no reason to close them tomm if it's due to hit Sunday.

My students were -removed- today, though I told them I am confident that Monday will be a closure day, particularly if this system slows down more.

I have been out all day and trying to catch up on the happenings
of Wilma.
In Ft. Myers, and trying to figure all this out, as best we can, to make
necessary plans.

Seems like more and more Mets, including local; think that this storm will be much weaker than origianlly anticipated when it gets to SW FL and thus; a Cat 1 (weak at that) by the time it reaches the East Coast.
Sure hope that these forecasts come to fruition!
IMO, the longer it takes the more chance for it to die out a lot and/or take a different track.
Maybe I am -removed- but I get the feeling that when all is said and done this will hardly be the story we feared 24-48 hours ago.
