No...I am still in here. I was not able to get into the site until today.
Now, there's good news and there's news I don't like to have. The good news is that recovery is on track and I should be out by Christmas. The bad news is, I still can't have solid foods, or anything by mouth for that matter.
The tube is staying in until Thursday, which I don't understand.

Jeremy - I'm glad to see you've checked in again. And hopefully you will be home by Christmas. Major surgery takes a long time to recover from, just be patient about the feeding tube. Remember when you go back on solids, go easy! Nothing spicy or fancy, just plain ole comfort food is what I did best with (the BRAT diet). I wish you the very best here.

GREAT NEWS there, Jeremy!!
I've had surgeries in the past and it took me a while to "get going" so I know the feeling.
Also, the time when I had my upper jaw work I had a nose tube for a while to help drain off any excess bleeding and was so relieved when that thing was gone!
I have a Christmas surprise on it's way to your house, too!
