Microwave pancakes w/ maple syrup, OJ, water and for dessert ice cream and a Little Debbie...yes, I know an out of the ordinary strange meal...but it's rare.

Dinner was "Happy Hour" for 3 couples on the neighbors' back patio: I brought 3 lbs. of hot buffalo chicken tenders with ranch-blue cheese dipping sauce plus roasted red pepper spread w/crackers; other noshings included veggie tray, cheese tray, and baked brie. The guys drank beer, but the cocktail du jour for us gals was the Coco Loco (slushy pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, coconut milk with Malibu Coconut Rum and Jamaican Golden Rum mixed in -- yummy!

Actually, I never had dinner today. After church, we drove up to Vero Beach (1-1/2 hr. one way) to see the kids and took them to Chili's for lunch ~12:00. Then it was back home by 3:30 to a neighbor's party (vodka + tonic plus some cheese and pretzels). I just made a small bowl of plain Quaker oatmeal so that I don't wake up at midnight and raid the refrigerator!
