My computer is making a weird sound
My computer is making a high pitched whirring sound. The pitch drops a little then goes back to the high pitch. Could it be little dust bunnies running around inside the tower? It also rebooted itself on its on last night.
I guess i got my computer around 2002 to give you an idea how old it is. Does anyone have any clue what may be wrong? I keep forgetting to call
my computer guy.

Does not sound like a hard drive problem. Sounds more like the fan on the processor is starting to bite the big one. You might want to get it replaced ASAP, as if that dies, the Processor will overheat and die as well. The system rebooted last night because the processor was starting to build up to much heat most likely.

I'm sorry.

Something to make you smile...

Not really...it'll only take you 23 hours to drive it! My parents were born and raised in Pittsburgh and we used to go visit them every summer when i was growing up and we would drive straight through.
