That's why I said they issued four hours too early. In reality, they issued more like seven or eight, but four hours is typical lead-time for a WW. Furthermore, for every hour a WW is out that no weather is occurring is costing taxpayers money. (Just a little something we were taught when we were learning how to issue WWs.)
