Recon site vortex data said it had dropped a bit to 996. Is that correct?

The 997 was high for its intensity though...so the pressure is just catching up.

Expect a vortex to come in with a location about 20mi due NE of the old position (my guestimate). And I'll guess a time for kicks as well - 02:08:53. What can I say, I'm bored. :D
