It may be a TS but I agree with Mods. We shouldn't change thread titles until the "official" word comes across thr wire from the NHC. When I hit the page earlier, I thought we officially had Debby and then went straight to the NHC site and my email looking for a special advisory....I was a bit confused there for a few minutes.

Same thing here, so as I said, this is best to keep it to official and true information.

Why can't the title include these two FACTS:
• 00Z Models initialized TD4 as TS Debby
• Dvorak Sat *observation* numbers are 2.5 = 35 kts = TS Debby

• 00Z Models initialized TD4 as TS Debby
• Dvorak Sat *observation* numbers are 2.5 = 35 kts = TS Debby
