Oh I think Debby could yet cause some major downstream pattern changes to much of Europe, mind you it'll affect us far more then it'll you guys in the US. Still Debby isn't doing too bad and I can still see this becoming a hurricane eventually.

Also at least its raking up the ACe, we are actually really behind the other basins, even the CPAC is beating us by 2X at the moment!

What we will end up remembering Debbie for is that it is 'plowing the road' for subsequent storms.....she is definitely clearing out the dust and drier air going across the Atlantic which could make it far easier for follow-on storms to get across.
