Herbert's box

Can anyone tell me the coordinates of where this is located? I know there are two boxes, one in Atlantic and one near the Yucatan pen.. Looking for the one in Atlantic near to Puerto Rico. Believe or not I found only one reference in google and does not tell coordinates, just a picture.

This is not going anywhere near the box- not this time. But then again, Isabel didn't either. Of course, I might be wrong, but I could be mistaken.
