Tropical Wave, divergence and approaching trough equals soakage. Remote chance for tropical development. Some very impressive echos on the ole radar..

When the wave collides with the cold front would it have a devestating effect where ever it collides? Like tornadoes?

Depending on the strength of the low pressure it's possible it could enhance severe weather. Isolated tornados are possible but not to likely. It would also be dependant on strength of the front and wind profiles etc..Usually the issue would be more like flooding rains.
