Helene looks better than a 75 Mph hurricane IMO.

holy h e double hockey sticks...I hope that this run doesnt verify...yikes!
EDIT: has anyone noticed every run has been trending a little further west?
DOUBLE EDIT: I dont like that...I dont like hurricanes coming over me...what would that correspond to and does it have todays G-IV flight data in it?

GFS track is similar to the great new england hurricane

Image

Its only one run, may change, but you have to agree its quitee scary it swows and all day it trended west.

....And the GFS model is usually too deep with troughs turning storms way out to sea that end up making it further west. Im kinda surprised to see this from the GFS.

it is known for the GFS to sometimes act as a "base model", or so i have heard before, i think from cycloneye. so if that is true, some of the models could follow west!

It's takes it so ridiculously far south that we can hope it runs into Hispanola and weakens it alot before it comes up the east coast.
