I think everyone has said alot of good things. Get rid of the things that are dragging you down - friends that aren't your friends, drugs, drinking - anything that is keeping you from being a heathly kid. Don't grow up so fast, enjoy the time you have with your family. Talk things out with them, offer to go into therapy, with and without them. Pay them back what you have stolen, and try and earn their trust.
First and foremost, stay in school. Then if you don't want to go to college, join the military. That would help focus you in ways you haven't thought of.
Tell your parents you have a plan, but you can only do it with their help, and in all honestly you can't do it without. Because you will learn, family IS the most important thing in your life. They are the only people in your life that wont judge you by the way you look, etc. They love you for who you are. Get your act together, realize that the people you are hanging around with are trying to make themselves feel better, and they do that by dragging others do with them. Don't allow for that, be a leader, not a follower.
I don't know your situation, but I my advice, stay in school get your diploma and go in the military. After a stint there you could qualify for college money if you were inclined.
Last bit - life is about choices. Some choices are bad, followed by even worse, but it is never to late to make a good choice. You can start now. Good luck.
