(Q) When will it be declared a Tropical storm and then a Hurricane?
(A) I expect Tropical storm Dean by Monday. I then expect Hurricane Dean on Wednesday.
(Q)Will it make landfall or be a fish?
(A) I expect landfall near Guadeloupe and the Virgin Islands with winds of 110-120 MPH. Then a direct hit or brush for Puerto rico.

I'm expecting invest classification late tomorrow if current intense convection persists during the next 12-18 hours...

Invest Saturday night
Tropical Storm Monday Afternoon
Hurricane Wednesday Morning
Will hit the Southern Leeward Islands, then skirt just South of Puerto Rico.
After that, who knows.

Invest Sunday Morning
Tropical Depression Monday Afternoon
Tropical Storm Tuesday Morning
Hurricane Wednesday Night
Near the NE Caribbean or brushing to the north in about a week as a significant hurricane. Beyond that, anything goes.

Goes just north of the islands goes north and misses cape cod by 125 miles, but my second guess if it misses the trough is strait west into Miami

We seriously don't need posts like this. Personal attacks are not good for anyone.
Anyway, I expect this to be an invest tomorrow (Sunday), but probably not much more than that for a while. Maybe it might become a TD mid-week if it survives.
