0545Z imagery is now available:

Oh yes: There's a center underneath that cold "white" top alright; I can see a feeder band of cu just sprouting and leading into it.

Well no surprise they've put it back to code red given the way it looks presently, much better then it has done recently and the sort of presentation it has will allow for some sort of development to maybe occur.

It does look very good right now, its this sort of convective set-up that will allow something to get down to the surface if it can just hold for a little while.

Huge convective burst on the 0545Z image. 92L is cookin' with gas now.

I could sure use the rain here!

go here and toggle the last two images... that is a very large burst with more to its north.. it would be very strange for a center not to try and take shape near that area..

Yep that convective burst is pretty decent in size as well as strength, I'd have thought if it can hold for another 6-12hrs some low level ccirculation could form there.

Lets see if it can maintain this convection so an LLC can try to develop.

It's pretty clear that she's finally pulling everything together. I'd be very surprised if we didn't have a TC within the next 12-24hrs.

At this rate we could very well have a depression by Friday morning or afternoon.
