I did it!
I did it! I hired an attorney today. He was very optimistic regarding my whole situation and felt very positive about winning my case. I just thought I would share with everyone who suggested it.

ColdFront77, this won't go before a traditional court; it wil be heard before an "Administrative Law Judge", who acts as an arbitrator whose decision is final. No jury, but testimony is given, briefs are filed, and medical documents in support of WxChick's claims are presented in full..all taken into account, which the Social Security people obviously didn't do in the maw of bureaucracy that denied her.
