My wife and I made the mistake of going to Blowing Rocks when Ike was coming near the keys (great place with exposed limestone that at high tide gives a spectacular show of well.... Blowing Rocks) - steady 20-30mph winds drove us and our sandblasted camera glass away pretty quick.
