Given how far north it already is, that it's moving north-northwestward, and that a new low is forecast to reform to the north, where is its expected track, and is there much of a threat to the US?

:uarrow: It´s a code that the NHC use with disturbances and means that a disturbance has a medium chance (between 30% and 50%) of developing into a tropical or subtropical cyclone.

The whole area is just a big mess right now with multiple circulations circulating around a main low and the convection still clearly shearing off from the circulations as they rotate southwards.
