If it continues to improve satellite presentation, I'll be surprised if they don't upgrade it to a TD at 11 p.m. (even though I predicted it to occur at 5 a.m. tomorrow).

I agree. If it can sustain itself just a little while longer it will be official. I think Perry probably has it right on. :)

I think also that they will hold until 5 AM or 11 AM to see persistance of convection near the low center.

She is looking pretty good. My opinion- she should be classified as a TD by tommorrow night at the latest. This one looks as if she could hold together better than the others did.

The wave had to recover from the large MCS that blasted out of there the other night (the WADL or West African Disturbance Line) - did anyone notice how fast some of that deep convection blasted to the WSW the other night???

Anyways, the structure looks very sound and moisture is sufficient. We have something out there. It may be a TD by 11 pm, but NHC will wait (considering what has happened to prior waves and TD #9).
