I think with the GFS, it was showing it moving with the old north of due west motion, but it looks like its currently moving WSW, could the models just not be picking that up or will it resume a north of due west motion

it wobbles....due west IMO......RECON will confirm shortly...

I think the models may very well be in "windshield wiper" mode..(back and forth from the western Fla Peninsula, to the Eastern Fla Peninsula) until those G-IV flights Thursday and Friday. I think by Friday night, the models will have ingested all the new info gained from those flights..and we will have a much better idea of how those weather patterns will influence Isaac. Just my opinion and NOT a forecast.

it wobbles....due west IMO......RECON will confirm shortly...


Yea I think the center is up near 15.5 n.. new convection blossoming to the north while the convection to the south wanes... looks to be heading due west also

The 0zGFS 0zHWRF and 0zGFDL all have a very similar outcome
