RAW T near 6.0 or 115 knots.
Dvorak is 5.0 so i would estimate the intensity at 105 knots as an average...

10 killed in the Philippines even though Goni didn't make landfall there...
It's outer feeder bands combined with the southwest monsoon triggered torrential rain that produced landslides and flooding...

2 days ago, I thought Goni will totally be wallowed up by the dry air..

nice recovery... kinda remind me of Bopha when it's on SCS.
