If Juan or Kate or any other storm were to come this way this year.. it would be the 3rd time this season Florida has been directly impacted by a storm...
Erika came this way... {she actually wasn't Erika when she came through Florida}
pathetic little Henri came this way... at least he weakened a little otherwise some parts of the state might still be under water..
and we may get a 3rd storm before this year is out.. the question is.. How big will it be when and if it arrives...
3 systems in the same year for Florida..?

GOM
Rainband,
I wouldn't worry about the Gulf this coming week. Looks more like a frontal wave toward mid week - just a rain producer. I'd watch out toward the first or second week of October for a Cat 3/4 coming out of the Caribbean from the SW..
