Also, as a side interest, NHC is analyzing a 1012 mb surface Low Pressure area estimated at 18.0 N 87.0 W. in the NW Caribbean, just off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. Actually looks decent this morning. You can definitely see spin and rotation in that region. I was tempted to make this a separate thread, but I did not pull the trigger, due to I am thinking that eventually shear will not allow this to further develop down the road. However, it is very interesting and impressive to see a tropical entity occuring nonetheless in early December in the NW Caribbean.
