I had thought that it did go southeast slighly; more of a tiny cyclonic loop. But, last few pics look like its pretty much anchored there and not moving (at least I dont think so)

What'yall say, if recon gets out there and still finds 1003 pressures and highest winds at 30kt's, that we all just leave this train-wreck and head over to my place for beers LOL!

you are a brave person calling wind speed based on continuous convention..i get your drift, it would seem its a TS but until recon can verify the surface we will have to wait...it sure has had its moments but each time they arrive the surface structure isnt cooperating...it will eventually

If it stalls, or drifts sw, I would think the incoming trough would send it more south and east- back towards Tampa area. Anyone agree?

I don't see that happening with a low latitude ridge moving in from the east, it may stick around and meander around.

Developing a feeder band from the south - those wispy feather-like cirrus on the north side shows a nice anti-cyclone sitting atop it - very nice ventilation.

My street has officially became a river here in St Petersburg. Anyone know how much rain these storm drains will be able to hold?

It's at capacity if there is standing water in the street. You should monitor conditions very closely and have an evacuation plan ready just in case. I'm just saying. Be safe.
