Will they retire Isabel?

Isabel will definately be retired as last year the NHC set a precedent when they retired Lili even though Lili wasn't seriously damaging....so therefor I see Isabel been retired.
That and the reason that Isabel hit one of the most populated sections of the US coastline and damage will be astronomical once the sun sets on this hurricane season.

Incorrect about Lili.
1. Lili was the 3rd most destructuve hurricane ever for Louisiana, behind only Betsy and Andrew.
2. Lili devestated Cuba
3. Lili hit the Caymans.
4. Lili brought severe flooding to Jamaica.
5. Lili destroyed hundreds of homes in the Windward Islands
Also, NHC does not retire stomr names, that is the job of the good old UN (WMO)
