Seriously? This is a depression?!?
It's pretty unreal, I also endorse all the Barry shaming with regards to TD #8's current appearance

TD #8 has about 4x the amount of time left as Humberto did when it rapidly intensified so I would not be surprised to see a Cat 1 before landfall.

Just the TC breathing in and out (as Mark Sudduth likes to say). It is part of the process. New convection is firing around the COC.
