It's pretty unreal, I also endorse all the Barry shaming with regards to TD #8's current appearance :lol: .

TD #8 has about 4x the amount of time left as Humberto did when it rapidly intensified so I would not be surprised to see a Cat 1 before landfall.

Very defined tight pressure gradient now, whereas the morning recon had a very broad pressure field.

Just the TC breathing in and out (as Mark Sudduth likes to say). It is part of the process. New convection is firing around the COC. :eek:

Definitely the most impressive looking TD that I've seen worldwide. Nothing like this in recent memories.
