Yes, the second story will be fine. Just cut me some 2 by 4 s to make blocks to put all my furniture on off the floor . Tile floors so that will be ok.

Ivanhater I truly wish you the best in all of this. I have a bad feeling about this one. I'm not normally one to sensationalize my posts, but with the entire area receiving 7-10 inches of rain in the past 36 hours, the amount of downed trees and powerlines is going to present some issues.
