Is there any shot that the metro gets snow or any hazardous weather? Going to be in FW from Friday to Sunday.

Best odds still in Oklahoma. System ejection and quality of cold air first half of the week. Theres tonight's front and maybe 2 more early week each reinforcing. The big one comes towards the end of the week once the -EPO bombs out and cold mass to the north dives into the US, very cold for November standards with that one. Too far out for wintry details on that one, if at all yet.

Speaking of that, the GFS and GEFS are back at it again on the 0z runs, the GFS has Snow for my area once again and the GEFS snowfall signal has gotten stronger again for next week.

Both have a noticeable uptick for Friday, but I'm thinking a dusting at best.

The NWS here doesn't seem impressed by Monday but we'll see(was really downplaying an actual accumulating snow event)

Meanwhile it's 43 degrees on my phone and pouring rain :cold: winter has arrived

Nice, that was quite the storm for sure. I'm just hoping it all blows threw and the school can have the Veteran’s Day Parade still. Might be a little chilly and windy but rain I'm afraid would cancel it.

At least all of this rain is making it easy for Open Infra to dig and get our Fiber installed. Can't wait to get off my 25/2 DSL and get that 500/500 for $55 a month!

1.04" total between the two storms. Not bad.

Looks like snow bands are forming in the TX panhandle and NW OK. Not really sure how most models missed this.

Models kept underestimating the cold air plunging in. It got down to 34°F. Its now 35°F with a Wind Chill of 24°F.

A few heavy rain bands here. 53 and dropping!

Last rain band had hail (marble-size) for about 30 seconds.
