Went with end of July. I think Debby will be a minor hurricane in the MDR before either Ernesto or Francine comes along and turn into yet another long-tracking, Cat 5 monster.

Went with end of July. I expect the EPAC to get a moment of opportunity for development after Beryl before the Atlantic takes over again.

I went with 8/1 - 8/10. I'm guessing that we will have a normal July lull after Beryl. I think we will get an early start in August and remain busy through October... so instead of ringing the bell on 8/20 I will ring my own personal bell on 8/1 this year.
