I won't trust PAGASA's AWS network - their sensors are almost always miscalibrated - just like in the case of the Sta Ana AWS. That reading is just wrong.
All sensors of ASTI near Sta Ana are also down

Min pressure recorded by PAGASA's AWS in Sta. Ana, Cagayan during Yinxing's passage was 964.1 mb at an elev of 4.4m (~964.6 mb MSLP) at 07:55Z. The station is just south of the exact landfall point though, and the distance from the eye is uncertain due to unavailability of radar data.
