That’s 3-4 weeks out. Just 7-10 days ago we were looking at some really cold weather into OKC with snow. Temps are decent, low to mid-30s but not expected to get much if any precip though.

It overflexed the SE Ridge and made it more towards Texas. I think it's going to downtrend it somewhat to just a true SE Ridge

Been stuck in the 30's all day here. It looks like the official high today is going to be 37F degrees. Not bad for the beginning of Winter.

Yes I still remember when Mike Morgan said on live TV Wednesday night it will snow tomorrow in OKC

I mean it still might up here maybe if we're lucky but it's fallen a long way

I know it's just the CFS Long range, but I had to post it here because it was the coldest and craziest I've seen from a CFS model

Trying to get some freezing drizzle and occasional sleet up here already but it's super light. I've seen a few flurry reports towards OKC
Still a window for a snow burst around evening rush hour maybe

Amazingly I've seen very few closings
I swear it's different up here. School isn't guaranteed to close

It's icy outside, plus there was evidence of sleet that happened too
Told my professors of the current situation, I'm a commuter student

There was some isolated icy on elevated overpasses and the obligatory 2-3 accidents! Nothing that looked serious fortunately.

Models are showing MJO to be in Phases 7 and 8, yet they torch, makes no sense.
