Watches/Warnings
It's obvious that someone will get a warning and others will not. When will they be issued, being that the storm is tomorrow evening.

Usually areas along and west of I95 get the worst, this is a backward scenario...with heaviest snow from I95 to the coast......I think SNE and NJ may get a slight coastal grazing..but only on the low end of an Advisory, I see absolutely nothing to support Warning criteria there....but always room for error in weather...much different story south in VA and NC where Warning Criteria will be easily met!
