The GFS model has a sharp cutoff on precip out west of Richmond and the rain/snow line in SE VA for most of the event, the line moves SE WED night which should bring a few inches of snow to the lower Hampton Roads before the snow ends Wednesday Morning.
Here is my 2nd map

Nice map, verycoolnin. You have me in the 1 to 3 inch category, which I feel is right on the money, though you should put me down for an inch of snow on the level by the time this puppy wraps up and heads to NJ to clobber 1evans with 30 inches of snow on Wednesday through Thursday.

well that post was a reply to a comment that he based his map on the GFS, I believe it was SkyWatcher. SkyWatcher then edited his post making mine seem a bit out of place.
You know, I hope that map is accurate (I'm in the 7-10in range)... but I believe my area will see a slushy 3 or 4 inches.

I don't agree at all with your map, I think you are too underdone across southern New England, and way overdone further south across Virginia and North Carolina, based on the data.
