Well I was off-line all morning and what surprise seeing this invest off Africa.But what I haved seen so far no models haved jumped on it yet however let's see later in the day how all evolves.

Yeah, but nothing in this morning's package just prior to Navy hoisting an Invest.
18Z's are coming in ATTM but no time here to examine...will be curious to see if they start jumping either at 18 or the 0Z.
Also, early CVs are not particularly uncommon, but CVs spinning into TC's this early is very unusual. We'll see.

Invest data is collected wherever there are numerous surface vessels of the US Navy; that's the primary function of NRL. This isn't a consumer product of TPC/NHC.

I'm going to chalk alot of the ? marks on this being early season and a somewhat unusual place for an invest this time of year. Like Scott said, the navy ran up this flag because evidently ships in the area experienced signs of development, LLC, e.t.c....It doesn't necessarily mean that it will develop further or anything of the sort, but it is an area to be watched.
